Winter Special Healthy Dalia Gond Ka Halwa recipe in signature Food Fusion Style. #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #digitalammi #winterrecipes #WinterHalwa Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3itCJIy Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Ghee (Clarified butter) 3 tbs -Gond (Edible gum) 3 tbs -Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs -Gandum ka dalia (Wheat porridge) ¼ Cup -Taza doodh (Fresh milk) 1 litre -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp -Cocoa powder 1 tbs -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2-3 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2-3 tbs -Badam (Almonds) sliced -Pista (Pistachios) sliced Directions: -In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt. -Add edible gum & fry on medium flame until it puffs up. -In a mortal & pestle,add fried edible gum,crush to make a paste & set aside. -In the same wok,add clarified butter & let it melt. -Add wheat porridge & fry for 2-3 minutes. -Add fresh milk,mix well,bring it to boil & cook on low flame until milk is reduced to half (8-10 minutes) & keep stirring in between,cover & cook on low flame until porridge (dalia) is fully cooked (12-15 minutes). -Add prepared gum (gond) paste,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (8-10 minutes). -Add sugar,nutmeg powder,cardamom powder,cocoa powder,mix well & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes. -Add almonds,pistachios,mix well & cook until ghee separates (6-8 minutes). -Garnish with almonds,pistachios & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Ghee (Clarified butter) 3 tbs -Gond (Edible gum) 3 tbs -Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs -Gandum ka dalia (Wheat porridge) ¼ Cup -Taza doodh (Fresh milk) 1 litre -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp -Cocoa powder 1 tbs -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2-3 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2-3 tbs -Badam (Almonds) sliced -Pista (Pistachios) sliced Directions: -Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein. -Gond dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per fry ker lein. -Mortal & pestle mein fried gond dal dein aur ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein & side per rakh dein. -Us he karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein. -Gandum ka dalia dal dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein. -Taza doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per doodh adha reh janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes),bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein aur dhak ker halki ancch per dalia gul janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes). -Tayyar gond paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes). -Cheeni,jaifil powder,elaichi powder aur cocoa powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein. -Badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghee alag ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes). -Badam aur pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
