Rajasthani Breakfast: Enjoying Dal, Pyaaz, Mawa Kachori in Rawat Misthan Bhandar, Jaipur

It wasn’t our first day in Jaipur, but rather the second day…🙄 Anyway, it was our second day in Jaipur, and we woke up and headed to Rawat Misthan Bhandar straight away (well, not that straight away). Well, anyway, we went to Rawat Misthan Bhandar, and after asking a couple of people about where to order from, we found out that we had to get a token and then order. We ordered Pyaaz Kachori, Ancient Dal Kachori (more on that later), Mirchi Vada, and Mawa Kachori. So why did I say “Ancient Dal Kachori”? Well, because Dal Kachori was mentioned in the Sushruta Samhita, which is an (not a) ancient Sanskrit text (I don’t know why so many dishes are mentioned in this text, even something similar to Biryani!). Anyway, we finished our breakfast here and then headed to…well, you’ll see it. Afterward, we went somewhere for…more breakfast! 😁 So, before it’s too late, let’s end it here and head to our next destination! Bye! And just like every other day… Enjoy!
