We can’t think of a better way to celebrate than with a unique international collaboration between the U.S. Air Force Airmen of Note and the Royal Australian Air Force Big Band, two premier jazz ensembles. From opposite sides of the planet in Melbourne and Washington, D.C., through the aid of technology and the skills of sound engineers and video editing teams, the two bands present a joint performance of Sammy Nestico’s classic composition "Ya Gotta Try." “[Jazz is] about dialogue.
