Huel is a nutritionally complete powdered meal which I'm using as part of a scientific approach to losing weight recommended by diabetes expert, Professor Roy Taylor (see https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/ho.... He recommends overweight adults shed 15kg over 8 weeks by consuming no more than 800 calories daily. This can be done with normal food, but it's much easier if you use a nutritionally complete powdered food like Huel. I'm also using the Withings Move hybrid watch ( • Should you buy a smartwatch or a hybr... ) to monitor my exercise and the Withings Body Cardio smart scales ( • Withings Body Cardio Review, a great ... ) to monitor my progress. I started the diet (Huel for lunch. Then Huel plus veg for supper, or sometimes a proper supper, or sometimes Huel plus whatever is in the larder) on 21st January 2020, weighing in at 94.3kg. UPDATE: 23rd January 2020: 92.8kg UPDATE 6th February 2020: 91.5kg UPDATE: 3rd July 2020: 87.4kg UPDATE: 15th Feb 2021: 92.8kg. Raided the cookie jar too many times.
