Its really delicious! ****Please Like and Subscribe if you enjoyed the video**** Prep Time: ~5 mins Cook Time: ~10 minutes Servings: ~2 Servings Difficulty: Beginner Ingredients: 1 Spoon Sugar 1 Spoon Soy Sauce 1 Spoon Mirin 8 Spoons Water 1 Egg 1/2 an Onion, sliced ~ 1 cup (~150g) Shredded Chicken Mayonnaise for Topping Rice for serving Directions: 1. In a fry pan add in your sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and water. Heat over medium heat until simmering. Then add in your sliced onions and stir until slightly softened. 2. Then add in your shredded chicken until everything is coated in the sauce and heated through. Then add in your egg and mix until combined and the egg is fully cooked and remove from heat. 3.
