MeshWorks 2024 Webinar Series - Cutting-edge CAE Parametrization

In this session, we explore how to achieve parameterization with various design enablers such as shape, gauge, material, and more. With CAD and CAE morphing and parameterization, we can accomplish multi-disciplinary optimization (MDO). The session will also cover our unique workflows, including the AI/ML CAE framework and advanced process automation, both integrated into #MeshWorks. Additionally, the patented ConceptWorks technology and innovative ROM (Reduced Order Model) and Product Electrification modules are featured, further enhancing MeshWorks' capabilities. These tools are applied across various industries such as #Automotive, #Aerospace, #OilAndGas, #Biomedical, and #HeavyIndustries. MeshWorks introduces a new trend in product development by emphasizing the conceptual stage, drastically reducing the time spent on detailed validation and iteration phases. Through the combination of MeshWorks morphing, concept-to-module capabilities, and #CAE parametric approaches, users can streamline the design process with minimal effort in detailed stages. We will demonstrate live how to achieve shape, gauge, bulkhead parameterization, and success stories of parametric optimization. Traditional CAE workflows often require repeated design adjustments. However, MeshWorks allows users to input CAE models directly, bypassing several intermediate steps, making the process more efficient. Modifications can be applied to either mesh or #CAD levels, with changes made at the mesh level reflected in the CAD model as well. The session will also highlight advanced features such as #ROM integration, assembly-level optimization, and component-level parameterization. By utilizing shape parameters, material adjustments, and feature enhancements like beads and bulkheads, the workflow achieves significant efficiency gains.
