On Carnival Horizon, Vista, and Panorama, Venezia, and Firenze Ocean Suites (in addition to Terrazza category cabins) have access to the Carnevale Terrazza area - loungers, chairs, pool, and bar. Silicone wristbands are provided in the suite to show your access to the Carnevale Terrazza area along with Terrazza towels.
