Our customer service rep says that in a vast number of cases, the issues she helps customers with can be resolved by adjusting the angle of the muzzle. This is primarily done by adjusting the straps that attach the muzzle to your horse's halter. If you see any teeth marks, especially focused on one side or in one corner of the muzzle, it could be angled incorrectly.
