If you went back in time and told the me from 10 years ago that I would be spending my free time reading books and drinking green tea he would have probably said "Holy crap a time traveler" I just wanted to talk about some books that either i think are really good or had a meaningful effect on me as a person. Hopefully i inspired some of you to read something with this video too. Let me know if you've read any of these before or if your now going to read one of these. I'd love to hear what you think of the books. That you everyone who sent me nice messages after the last video. The headaches are gone now and the smell of paint causing them is slowly going too. Seriously you're all amazing and I hope you remember to enjoy the little things in your day. A cool breeze on a hot day or the warmth of the sun on a cold one. The smell of fresh rain drops or of a hot meal on your plate. Some days can suck but there's always something even small that can give you a moment of joy. okay goodbye now. oh and the next video will probably be another visual practice there's some new things I want to try out. no promises though in case I change my mind.
