It has a solid mahogany body with an AA figured maple top and a rounded 50s-style mahogany neck on the 50s version and a SlimTaper™ 60s-style mahogany neck on the 60s version, with a rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays. It's equipped with an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic™ bridge, aluminum StopBar tailpiece, Vintage Deluxe tuners (50s), Grover® Rotomatic "Kidney" tuners (60s), and gold Top Hat knobs with dial pointers (50s) & Silver Reflectors and Dial Pointers (60s). The open-coil Burstbucker ™ 1 and Burstbucker 2 pickups (50s) along with the covered Burstbucker™ 61R and 61T pickups (60s) are all hand-wired to audio taper potentiometers and OrangeDrop® capacitors.
