Path of Exile 3.12 Heist - Occultist Bane + Essence Drain Build. Welcome to the short guide for the Best Bane 3.12 Starter Build - Occultist Bane + ED. This Build is Beginner Friendly, extremely easy to play. Most of the time you will need to use just 2 key binds - one for casting Bane and one for casting movement skill Flame Dash. After all changes in 3.12, this version of the Bane is still strong as it was in the previous league. To be able to farm T14+ maps, I will need to buy 6L rare es Body Armor, level up or buy lv 20 Bane and Essence Drain, get better es helmet/gloves/rings/amulet/boots. WIth gear focused on the energy shield, I will pick Chaos Inoculation, for immunity to chaos damage. To get more es I will replace one wand with a good ES shield (200+) with +1 to chaos spell skill gems. I will try to keep Build costs under 1ex.
