Soft and fluffy Blueberry bagels

How to make a soft and fluffy Blueberry Bagels.\ Here's what you'll need: 3/4 cup water (180ml) 1 and ½ tsp instant yeast (5g) 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen will do 3 cups bread flour (375g) 1 tsp salt (5g) -you can add sugar if you prefer 1. In a bowl, mix together water, yeast and blueberries. 2. Add flour and salt. Mix until incorporated. Knead until smooth. 3. Place dough in a bowl and coat with oil. Cover for an hour or until doubled in size. 4. Punch air out. Transfer to a lightly floured counter. Divide into 6 equal pieces. Bench rest for 10 minutes. 5. Roll out and flatten each dough ball. Flip smooth side down. Press the edges and roll tightly into a log. 6. Using a rolling pin, press and spread the other end. Connect and pinch. 7. Line each bagel with parchment paper. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. Preheat oven at 180ºC/350ºF. 8. Boil water and sugar. Cook bagels 30 seconds each side. Place in an 11"x17" sheet pan or any pan available for you. 9. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. 10. Let it cool down. 11. For blueberry cream cheese, mix together cream cheese and blueberry until smooth. You can add honey or sugar if you prefer sweeter spread. 12.
