This video applies to PS4 Pro consoles with an NVx-series motherboard installed. Here we find two blown fuses, F6201 and F6202. You can use Panasonic ERBRD1R00X for replacement fuses if you encounter this issue yourself and need replacements in the event you have no spare boards floating around.
