Kingdom Hearts II has an ending that is basically perfect! Few games have been able to wrap up in such an epic and satisfying manner. In this video I break down the entire final boss sequence and discuss what exactly made it so epic and impactful. Since the last thing you experience with a game is the ending and final boss I think those leave the biggest impression on people. That's why nailing it is SO important in having your game remembered fondly. Kingdom Hearts 2 is a great game in its entirety. However, its ending is the icing on the cake that takes it to masterpiece status.
