Housed in a cavernous fog-shrouded soundstage, Universal Studios Florida's "The Lost World" attraction will open May 23 and re-create some of the film's most dramatic scenes amidst lush jungle foliage, dramatic lighting and terrifying sound effects. Guests "will step into the movie" via numerous specially designed interactive encounters and surprises and come face-to-face with over a dozen dinosaurs of Jurassic Park. "This is the first time in motion picture history that such an extensive behind-the-scenes look at a major film will be accessible to the movie-going public simultaneously to its release," said Universal City Florida President and Chief Executive Officer Tom Williams.
