2,000 subscribers! A big thank you for your continued support! The fifth video of this series covers Toshiba Elevator, another established Japanese elevator manufacturer. It does not have a presence in Europe or America, but it can be found all over Asia (especially Japan and South-East Asia). The bell and chimes for Toshiba elevator has been quite a mixed bag in recent times. This video has the sounds ordered in the following: 1. Signature Bell - Chime most uniquely identified to Toshiba installations, usually found in subway and latest installations. 2. Two-tone bells - There are several variants of this, starting from the most recent to the earliest. 3. One-tone bell - Similar to the chime found in Mitsubishi Elevator installations. Only found in certain Singapore MRT installations so far. 4. Dinner bell - The old classic chime, and the most commonly adopted for Toshiba installations. Still can be found in some new installations. 5. Door closing beep - Usually found in Singapore installations to conform to accessibility standards.
