Ever country has it own unique and tasty dumplings. Whether it's savory or sweet, for example Japan has gyoza, Poland has perogies, Italy has ravioli, well in Vietnam we have banh bot loc. It's tapioca or clear dumplings that are fill with pork, shrimps and are eating with the irresistible fish sauce dipping. I love making this dumplings 'cause every time I make it, my 11 years daughter always love to help out.
