Seeds You MUST Sow In August For An Abundance Of Winter Vegetables!

We are approaching the end of the growing season in the allotment garden, with many crops coming into harvest. Contrary to common belief, there are still loads of vegetable seeds you can still sow in August! I was quite surprised when I looked at the handful of seed packets I had for sowing this month! I'm down on the allotment today, and I'll be going over some of the veggies you can sow in August. Some of these will be overwintered to give us a crop through the winter and next spring. So in August we are sowing quick growing crops and thinking ahead for next year! I'll be sowing some of these seeds in my garden this month too! Now is your last chance to get some more seeds sown before it's too late and winter arrives. It's important that we try and fit as much in now as we can before the weather turns, and this is especially true if you live in the northern hemisphere like I do! Remember you can sow all of these under the cover of a greenhouse or polytunnel and achieve a longer season. I hope this video helps you guys out in some way.
