In a lot of my previous bass lesson videos, I've talked about the importance of scale-based improvisation for developing your ear, practicing in a musical way, and having fun with it! Finally I'm going to dig into this practice with you live so you can see there's really no mystery to doing it. To keep it easy for beginners, we'll stick to the A (natural) minor scale in a one octave box, and I'll give you some simple rhythms to start with to keep the barrier of entry very very low.
