Router Table/Lift Installation | DIY Blast Gates and Dust Control that Wont Choke your Router!

In this video I build a router table and dust collection box to install into the extension wing of my table saw. I used a JessEm Rout-R-Lift II router lift with a Bosch 1617EVS 2.25 HP router in the new table. The dust collection box has a fresh air inlet to provide dust-free air to the router for cooling. I'm hoping that this will increase the life of the router motor by preventing dust from being sucked in. I use the CNC some in this video because along with traditional woodworking, I really enjoy digital fabrication. However, everything made in this video can easily be made with conventional woodworking tools. As always, Thanks for watching.
