Cooking recipe and ingredients : 120 ml warm milk Add 25 g sugar Add 4 g dry yeast Add 1 egg Mix well Add 250 g sifted flour Add 3 g salt Mix well Add 25 g butter Mix well with your hands Sprinkle flour on the table Knead the dough and make a ball Lubricate the bowl and dough with oil Cover and put in a warm place for 1 hour Sprinkle flour on the table Roll out the dough Make cuts like me Spread raisin and walnuts Roll like me Lubricate the loaf with oil Cover and set aside for 30 minutes Brush the dough with mixture of egg and 1 tablespoon milk Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25-30 minutes Brush with butter and let it cool Soft and delicious 😋 Good appetite 😊 Did you like my this recipe?
