DAR Region XIII Region-wide distribution of E-Titles/CLOA & FMR and Farm Machineries & Equipment

Distribution of DAR E-Titles & CLOAs and Turnover of Certificates of Farm-to-Market Roads & Farm Machineries and Equipment Prosperidad, Agusan Del Sur February 16, 2024 Reaffirming the Administration’s unwavering commitment to agrarian reform, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. leads the distribution of land electronic titles (E-Titles) and Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs), as well as the turnover of certificates of farm-to-market roads (FMRs) & farm machineries and equipment (FMEs) in Agusan Del Sur on February 16, 2024. During the program, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) distributes a total of 3,184 land titles to representatives of the 2,769 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), covering 4,659 hectares of agricultural land to five (5) Provinces in the Caraga Region, namely Agusan Del Norte, Agusan Del Sur, Dinagat Islands, Surigao Del Norte and Surigao Del Sur. Furthermore, certificates of farm-to-market roads (FMRs) with a total project cost of PhP194,411,786 are given to the representatives of 34,998 beneficiaries from the Municipalities of Cagwait and Barobo. The DA also hands over certificates of 70 farm machineries and equipment (FMEs) to representatives of more than 1,600 recipients and Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBOs).
