F-35s from the U.S. and The Netherlands as well as F-16s, F-18s and F-15Es taxi and take off at Nellis Air Force Base in support of Red Flag 24-2. The Air Force says: "The increasing number of nations obtaining F-35s in Europe signals a noteworthy trend, fostering expectations that the region will host over 600 operational F-35s by 2030. This Red Flag will provide more complex target areas, camouflage and concealment techniques in multiple spectrums and introduce realistic scenarios forcing reattacks in accordance with acceptable levels of risk as it concentrates on the European Theater."
