Foot note: this Film was made on a Saturday morning when it was only halve as busy as during the week! The "Matterhorn Coffee Lounge" was opened in 1962 by Toni & Mary Tresch. From the first day on it was a big hit Wellingtonians, especially after an unused backyard was converted to Wellingtons only outdoor eating Place. We then took over the Business in 1972 and owned it until 1987, before we sold it and moved to the upmarket "Boulevard Café" in Lambton Quay. We have long since retired, but thanks to some filming I did in those days, we have something, which helps us to remember those long gone days of yesteryear.... Juerg & Ursula Stucki
