今天我想教一班生完bb的媽媽, 他們會發覺就算生育了很久後肚子已回收了,但是為什麼上腹又會有少許突出的呢? 原因是當我們懷孕期的時候 受到荷爾蒙的影響和因為 BB 在我們的肚子越來越大所以我們的腹肌的肌肉就好像橫向了,但當生育之後, 肌肉如果沒有鍛鍊過 就會開始減退了變了鬆弛的情況會出現的. 讓中間的腹部或肚子又會突出來的, 其實我們透過做crunches, 仰臥起坐好像也幫不到 ,因為是有特定的運動才可以把肌肉再次慢慢收縮和強化的. 以下請我們的Rehab Trainer, Rachel 介紹一些動作給大家 Today I want to teach post-partum moms, even after baby born for long time the tummy still stick out. When we are pregnant we are affected by different hormones and the baby grow bigger in our belly, affect the abs separation. If after childbirth, the abs muscle was not trained and get postpartum ab separation, the tummy stick out again. Through crunches, sit-ups don’t seem to help, because there are certain exercises to retrain and strengthen the muscle.
