Follow along with me for a total AB AND GLUTE strengthening session, these are some of my favourite exercises when using the Pilates ring. Don't worry if you don't have a Pilates Ring that's ok, you can use a Pillow instead. Your also going to need your mat and some water. This workout with the Pilates ring will add variety to your home routine and adds resistance for a more intense workout! I recommend working on your core at least 3/4 times every week to see an improvement in your core strength.
