Sup You Fakaz! 🤙🏼 In this episode the Boyz and I headed to Helelua aka the LU to pick up my Bradda Jav.. The plan was to dive Nanakuli but the waves was pumping! So we headed back to our side and ended up at Makuas.. The water was nice and flat and was probably our best bet.. We ended up jumping in but the inside was super dirty so we decided to swim out pretty far and see if we could find anything... After a while I stumbled on the fattest Mu pile I ever seen! It caught me off guard and by the time I tried to shoot one.. They all booked it.. gondeh... It was all good tho bc there was the LOAAAAADS of Opelu Kalas! Jav and I ended up shooting some good sized ones and I even shot my biggest... I posted the catch on my instagram and asked people how I should cook the kala.. Bradda Jace suggested to throw it on the grill and make a garlic butter sauce... So thats what we did.. Braaaaaaaaa... It was so good! Imma definitely try that recipe again soon.. We also brought out our ulua poles.. I kinda got the itch again and been getting back into ulua fishing... my goal is to catch one.. I don't care if its 11 pounds.. I just need an ulua and im not stopping until I catch one lol.. So anyways we caught some live bait and sent it out.. we had small kine action but couldn't seal the deal lol.. All good tho..
