Cleaning the C7 Corvette intake with Seafoam

The C7 Corvette has a 6.2 liter v8 and it is direct injection. Because the injectors spray directly into the combustion chamber the valves tend to accumulate deposits over time. The Seaform Spray can was just $9, so I though I would use it on the Corvette. The car now has 19,800 miles, and I was very curious to know if it would have carbon buildup on the valves.
