UPDATE: The judge said that I failed to meet the burden of proof for property damage. The judge also said the Defendant failed to meet the burden of proof on his counterclaim. Other incidents have occurred since this video. We had to ultimately connect with local community leaders to intercede on our behalf to stop the stalking and harassment. We had a contractor install 2,055 feet of cattle fence. There is 500 more feet of cattle fence that requires installation. During the installation period, this man (who is not a neighbor) and 2 actual neighbors threatened my contractor. They threatened to use a tractor to tear down the fence. We caught this EMT in his Lamar County issued uniform today acting on the threat. He damaged our newly installed cattle fence. The police ultimately served him with a criminal trespassing notice due to his criminal actions. See for yourself… 7:08 Here are some additional details: 1. The man has several “NO MOWING” signs in red letters all over his property. He does not believe in mowing. 2. He is not my neighbor. He trespassed across my neighbors’ land to my property. 3. His lawnmower broke down because of the terrain. You will need a skid steer to drive in the woods because if you use a lawnmower the down logs and rough terrain will jam a lawnmower and bend the blades. 4. Both the sheriff and fence contractor verified the damages. 5. He was served with a Criminal Trespassing Notice. 6. I asked him “what is he doing” and he immediately responded with his personal information. 7. He kept interfering with the contractors and holding up the fence installation when he is not my neighbor. 8. We had 2 “No Trespassing Private Property” signs visible on the fence and he still wrapped that line around the barbed wire and fence posts and loosened a post.
