Full step by step progress video on how I made Gamora's armor from Guardians of the Galaxy! I tried to make it as informative as possible and hope that this helps others in their armor cosplay making endeavors. Character: Gamora from Guardians of the Galaxy (Marvel Comic Book version) Costume made by Yaya Han Makup by Miya Tamlyn and Yaya Han Time spent: 180ish hours over 4 weeks Notable tools used: Dremel 3000 Tool Milwaukee M12 Cordless Multitool (with sanding pads) Iwata Hp-Cs Eclipse Airbrush Notable materials used: EVA Foam (2mm, 5mm) from www.cosplayshop.be Barge Contact Cement Epsilon Pro flexible plastic from www.theengineerguy.com Tamiya spray primer Tamiya spray paint and clear coat Matilda wig (heavily cut) from www.arda-wigs.com This was definitely a challenging costume for me, because I am so much more comfortable with sewing. My hands are not strong enough to handle making armor every month, and this project took a lot out of me physically. But it was also an amazing learning process, and I'm really happy with the final outfit. I will use this technique again on future armor projects!
