Welsh Stone Tour August 2024: we visited a rarely lifted stone located at Ysgol Esceifiog Primary School, Gaerwen. The stone weighs 97kg and access is extremely limited. There have been less than 12 lifts in the past 12 years. This visit saw the first recorded overhead press, and incredible lifts to shoulder & chest.
