In this video my friend and I wanted to try this craze of fried shelled seafood. We couldn't see the point in frying it with the shell ,so we will show the process of deshelling before frying . For this recipe you will need Vegetable oil Alaskan King Crab legs Butter (we used unsalted) Onions Garlic Lemon/limes White wine Favorite seafood spices and or dry seasonings Eggs Beer Flour FRYING CRAB TIPS when FRYING MY DEEP FRYER TEMP WAS SET TO 350 degrees Fahrenheit -SINCE MY KING CRAB WAS PRE STEAMED I FRIED UNTIL THE BATTER WAS GOLDEN AND CRIPSY!
