Author's submission comments: "Mega Man PC - the single worst game of the entire Mega Man series. Design, programming, graphics and sound were all produced by one man, Stephen Rozner. Here is a TAS. I'm... sorry?" ---- This run was not accepted to TASVideos because it was judged to be "an unwatchable movie". In part because the game is CPU-throttled, meaning a faster CPU would play the game faster, making it impossible to objectively time the run. This video is much longer than it "should" be, because it was originally timed at about 70.08 FPS. This movie was timed so that it would run at 30 FPS to make it more watchable and to avoid having to drop frames due to Youtube limitations.
