MARKTREDWITZ. Exploring the *small* city center+ short hop to Hohenberg at the Czech Republic.

Welcome to a new video. The northeast corner of Bavaria in Germany is known for its low mountain range Fichtelgebirge. not far away of the border to the Czech Republic are the small town called Marktredwitz. The town is more unknown but has an amzing major house and around them a long and impressive marking street. Find out more in my video what is like to visit the last town next to a border to a other country. My trip to Marktredwitz and Hohenberg: I went by car to the low mountain range Fichtelgebirge. The way to Marktredwitz was going only a few kilometers at the Highway and the majority on the country street. At first I spent time at the right and left side of the famouns major house and went to the green park of the town. At next I visited the church called Saint Bartholomäus. The church was very formally according to a protestant church. For eating I made a short break at the Department store of Marktredwitz which is the only true opportunity to go shopping next to the city center there. Back in front of the major house I meet a traditional voak chapel which played music from the Bavarian and Franconian countryside. About Marktredwitz: The town is next to Wunsidel the second biggest town in the low mountain range "Fichtelgebirge". With a small city center and a department store is the town a importaint economic and trade town in the region in front of the border to the naighbour country the Czech Republic. The building for what Marktredwith is famous for is the major house and the tower of this building is for many people and newspapers the landmarkt of the town. Marktredwitz is good to arrive from the Czech Republic both from the highway A93. The town has an own station where trains deaprts to Nuremberg, Praha and Regensburg. Marktredwitz also is known for a part of the German porcelain street. Hohenberg an der Eger: Known as a town but looks more as a village, loceated only 400 meters far away from the border to the Czech Republic. Hohenberg is known for its own castle called Hohenberg castle, the Saint Elisabeth church and a small marking place in front of the church. The castle has its first dokomenteries from 1222 and is popular for school trips both other kinds of trips of people. Hohenberg has according its position a own production place of porcelain. In the district of Hohenberg are still some old factories of the old industry position in the time of 50 years.
