First the customer service person on the other end of the phone may not be a plumber and you just may, be getting the person that dispatches the jobs out of the plumber and these dispatchers may not be plumbers and more than more than most likely that dispatch doesn’t understand the plumbing problem you're having and they may not know anything about plumbing at all. And let’s say you do get a plumber on the phone and yes, that plumber could give you an estimate, but any good plumber needs to see the problem first hand be more accurate in his or her assessment. So, with all this in mind, I was a plumber would like to do my best to get your questions answered to the best of my knowledge and get you guys somewhere in the ballpark of what certain plumbing jobs may cost you.
