Yin yoga for neck and shoulder release

A beautiful practice to release tension and tightness in the neck, shoulders and upper back. It will help you to reduce headaches and improve your quality of sleep. You'll be guided through some gentle releasing u[per body movements (including Anneriek's beautiful shoulder flow) followed by a yin practice focussing on myofascial (connective tissue) release in the upper part of your body to increase the flow of energy. This practice will help you to decrease inflammation and scar tissue and will increase the range of motion in your upper body. This practice is suitable for everybody who'd like to release tension and tightness from the neck, shoulders and upper back.
