1,000km in 28 days - Guy's Run for Mum

In October 2023, I ran the entire length of the South West Coast Path in 28 days. This beautiful trail challenged me with endless climbing and descending, totalling over 33,000m of elevation gain and loss (four Mt. Everest's!). However, supported by family and friends, I battled on and on. Over £20,000 was raised for Papyrus Prevention of Young Suicide, in the name and memory of my beautiful Mum who left us far too soon. A Million Metres is the community project that a few friends and I set up, and this inspired the challenge of running a 1,000km trail in 28 days.
