Notes: if you get KO'd before you use swords dance, it should be recoverable. getting 1-2 lunges in before getting KO'd will put you in a good position once you respawn with full HP. to avoid an early KO, it may be safer to leech life on turn 2, since the NPC-triggered defense cheer kicks in turn 2, so you'll end that turn with more HP than you started with even if you haven't debuffed feraligatr again yet. Pros: supereffective tera type matching base type, good HP, attack, and defense stats. outspeeds feraligatr even after it uses dragon dance (thanks to speed boost ability). no weaknesses after terastalizing, swords dance buffs 2 attack stages. screech debuffs 2 defense stages when shield is down. leech life and lunge both have 80 base power (as well as 1.2x boost from expert belt), 100 accuracy, and deal supereffective STAB (tera-boosted when terastalized) damage. lunge debuffs 1 attack stage. leech life recovers 50% of damage dealt in HP. Cons: weak to ice punch before terastalizing
