Installing a Fish Finder to a Hobie Outback - Lowrance Elite FS 7 with Navionics Relief Shading!

A Step-By-Step Fish Finder Fitting Guide with On-The-Water Test! In this video i run through the installation of a Lowrance Elite FS 7 fish finder to my Hobie Outback Kayak. I show you how to fit the 83/200 HDI transducer to the Guardian Transducer Shield and how to run the cabling through the Hobie Thru Hull Cable Seals. I then mount the fish finder to the H-Tracks on the Outback using a Ram Mount fish finder mount. The power cable is then wired up to a connector plug to use with my Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Box. I finish the installation by fitting a BerleyPro Sun Visor for reduced glare and increased screen visibility. The Elite FS 7 features a full GPS chart plotter and i run through the installation of the Navionics Platinum Plus Chart Card to the unit. This card provides high detail seabed charts and includes the new Relief Shading overlay charts for 3D-like seabed maps! Once the installation is complete i take it out on the water for a test run.
