NIGHTMARE at Vanlife Festival '22 - Stratford Upon Avon

It's Summer Festival season and this week, we were at the brand new 'Vanlife Festival', held at the Stratford-Upon-Avon Racecourse. This was one hell of a BIG show with more campervans, motorhomes and trucks than you could even get round to seeing. Although the show was an awesome success, it wasn't without its nightmare for us personally as our leisure batteries went and got fried and died! With rapidly depleting power, the vanlife community came together to help us out. Camping was available from the week before so we took full advantage and stayed the week with friends, both old and new. Our off grid power set up, took a turn and failed us miserably when our old AGM batteries died & would take no further charge. Fear not, as word spread, the community heard, helping hands arrived and ENERGY MONKEY offered to drop everything and see us at their warehouse/workshop an hour away as we left and travelled towards Cornwall.
