How Do We Choose Wines?

At any one time, we carry over a 1000 wines and are constantly looking for new additions. Customers are always asking us just how do we decide what wines we are going to sell. Rather than it being simply one person behind all the wines we stock, we have a highly collaborative tasting and selection process. We decided to pull the curtain back and show you exactly how we approach choosing wines. In this tasting session, our sales rep, Peter, poured us a wide range of wines as we searched for our thanksgiving recommendations. As you will see, we don’t always agree on what we are tasting which truly highlights the diversity of our thoughts on wine as well as the diversity of wine itself.
