Many months ago I spent many hours/days consuming all known footage of Richard Armitage as dancer in rehearsals of the musical, CATS. Needless to say, I got to know the footage very well. This a short part of the number, The Jellicle Ball, where Richard was a young dancer in the musical, CATS. There is some cleanup from the original video and it is a little sharper. Being circa 1994, Hi Res was not often a consideration and this was probably shot analog and transferred digitally...so quality loss happens. All footage is from TheatreDude267, where you can subscribe here on YouTube. I do not own ANY of this footage. The number is the Pas De Deux in the "mating" dance during the Jellicle Ball. Richard dances as Admetus, with the white female cat, Victoria. Admetus' character somewhat interchanges with that of Plato from the Broadway production and other show tours. As always, Richard is lithe, precise, and exquisitely all legs and arms as a dancer. Enjoy it. - Crystal
