Employee influence - this involves creating a supportive work environment that encourages employee involvement, participation, and communication. Work systems - this involves designing work processes and systems that are efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. By aligning these policy areas with organizational goals, the Harvard framework aims to enhance organizational performance and employee well-being.
