You'll arrive at the Lake Calenhad Docks before you get a chance to explore the Circle Tower. Quest Notes: ---Broken Circle To reach the Circle Tower, you'll need to get past Carroll, the Templar in charge of the boat. You can Persuade or Intimidate him, or you can have either Leliana, Morrigan, Sten, or Shale convince/scare him into taking you across. My encounter with him will be in the first Broken Circle upload. ---Sword of the Beressaad If you've promised to find Sten's sword, a scavenger will spawn near the entrance of the area. Questioning him will reveal that another scavenger has the sword and that said scavenger can be found at the Frostback Mountains in the North-west. ---Dereliction of Duty Sammael the Deserter will spawn near the shore if you have accepted this quest from a Blackstone Irregular chest. Kill him and loot the Guild Supplies he drops to advance the quest. ----Mage's Collective 3:24 Near the Spoiled Princess inn, you'll find a man in a mage's cowl and light body armor. Speaking with him will reveal that he is an agent for an independent and self-policing group of mages. Being agreeable with him allows you to accept quests to serve the Collective. To accept quests, interact with a Mage's Collective bag at either Lake Calenhad, Denerim, or Redcliffe. ---False Witness If you have accepted this quest from the barkeeper at the Gnawed Noble in Denerim, Skinny Frank will spawn near the shores of Lake Calenhad. Kill him to advance the quest. --Correspondence Interruptus Whether or not you've accepted this quest from the barkeeper at the Gnawed Noble in Denerim, you can loot a love letter from the locked chest in the Spoiled Princess Inn. --Notices of Death If you have accepted this quest from Denerim Blackstone Irregular chest in the Gnawed Noble, you can find a widow in the Spoiled Princess and deliver the notice to her.
