The story of Tirupathi D is inspiring to everyone who wants to become an entrepreneur or who is facing struggles in life. He hails from Daddalavaripally. He failed in eight startups but today he owns a company with a valuation of 10 million USD i.e around 70 crores in Indian currency. Tirupathi is born in a poor rural family whose main business is to sell milk acquired from the cattle they have. Tirupati started his first business at the age of 16 he used to paint the ceiling with stars and moon and other beautiful designs. He was asked to join college by his parents after a few months of his business. Tirupathi has landed his first job in an insurance company. Within a few months, he proved himself, and he earned more than one lakh per month. He was married to his girlfriend. But there are always challenges in life. The secret is to keep going. He saw a reduction in his income due to a downfall in the insurance field. Tirupathi couldn't cope with his luxury lifestyle with his reduced income. He ran into debts and also mortgaged his wife’s gold. He started his own business with the little money he had. He started and failed in 8 startups back to back. There were days where he uses to get around 80 calls a day from the people who lent him money. At last, Tirupati was left with 200rs. Then a life-changing incident happened. He went to the airport and paid 100 rupees just to spend time there. Then he saw that there were people who are able to afford expensive flights which means there are a lot of opportunities there. He got an idea for an ed-tech startup. He planned to supply android-supported tabs for education purposes. He later met his mentor who helped him in business. He learned how to manage his business and strategic decisions from his mentor. He learned how to succeed in life and how to succeed in business. Today his successful business values more than 10 million US Dollars. His story is an example to tell that if you have big dreams and if you keep going with a never give up attitude you will succeed in life. From his struggles in life and success story, he learned many lessons. He tells us that you need exposure, determination, discipline, and hard work to achieve success. He tells us to be an entrepreneur or achieve self-employment you should not go after money but you should go after your dreams and follow your passion.
