First, you don't need to get EVERY habit perfect in order to make shots. But the more habits you can get working FOR you, versus against you, the more consistent you'll be. Second, you need to understand WHAT habit is holding you back. THEN, you need to isolate that habit. Simplify the situation enough that you can hold yourself accountable to doing it differently. Lastly, you need to layer drills to help you APPLY that new habit into more game-like situations.
