Trekking the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal is an incredible experience that takes you through a diverse range of landscapes, from lush subtropical forests to high-altitude deserts. The trek starts in the small bustling city of Besisahar which then follows the Annapurna Himalayan mountain range to Throng La Pass. It took us 9 days to get to Muktinath, Nepal, which we then called it quits and hired a jeep to take us back to Pokhara. As you will see it is filled with breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, including the magnificent Annapurna Massif, which towers over 8,000 meters above sea level. Along the way, we encounter small traditional Nepalese villages, meet friendly locals and trekkers in tea houses, and immerse ourselves in their culture.
