An Epic Adventure at The Edge of the World in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Halloween Edition)

This video is about the tour I joined at on November 01, 2024. It highlights the Edge of the World, a geological wonder, located 95 kilometers away from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Edge of the World (real name is Jebel Fihrayn), is one of Saudi’s most popular tourist destinations, got its nickname due to the uninterrupted view or vista of the horizon on top of its 300-meter-high cliffs, which overlook the seemingly endless plain. It is part of the much longer Tuwaiq escarpment, and drops down about 305 meters into an ancient ocean bed. From the cliffs, you will see some dried rivers weaving across the land and even see camels far below — an ancient caravan route once passed through these grounds. The EOTW is the Saudi counterpart of the Grand Canyon located in Arizona, USA. After the Edge of the World we went to the Bat Cave located not far from EOTW. In time for the Halloween, we saw some bats roaming around inside the dark cave wildly hunting for their preys. The tour started by us riding a camel by batch. It was my second time to ride a camel. I tried it the first time when I was in Doha, Qatar. The tour (Track the March) ended with a nice get-together dinner which was included in the tour package.
