Recipe: Ingredients: For the Dough (Makes 16 Buns): 600g all-purpose flour 325ml warm full cream milk 30g sugar 1 teaspoon dry yeast 1 teaspoon baking powder For the BBQ Pork Filling: Pork chops Salt, white pepper, and black pepper 5-6 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon chicken stock 3 teaspoons char siu sauce 3 teaspoons hoisin sauce 1 teaspoon soy sauce and oyster sauce Chopped spring onion Instructions: Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, warm full cream milk, sugar, dry yeast, and baking powder. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, then cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size. Make the BBQ Pork Filling: Marinate the pork chops with salt, white pepper, black pepper, sugar, chicken stock, char siu sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Grill or roast the marinated pork chops until cooked through, then chop them into small pieces. Mix the chopped pork with chopped spring onion to create the BBQ pork filling.
