For this we require following 4 steps. 1. Draw circle of given diameter using compass. 2. Divide the circle in 10 equal parts. 3. Draw the extended lines from these points passing through the center of the circle. 4. Draw tangents on circle at alternate point. and we get the required pentagon outside the circle/circumscribed pentagon This video is explained in very simple language i.e. Hindi and English.
